Hey! So I've decided to start a blog to follow my New Year's resolution of trying to stay in shape. My goal is to do at least one race a month, at least one triathalon, and one half marathon this year. This blog will track my training and help me keep my motivation. So far today I'm feeling pretty sore from PowerX yesterday but I'm hitting up the gym at 2:00 with Emily. Probably going to elipitcize and take it easy today to recover :)
Trying to decide if I can do a 10k in a few weeks...but I haven't run in about a month and it is really cold out for me to try and run...hmm...I'll have to think about it.
